A series of works about the reformations of the 17th Spanish century related with two pillars of the Bourbon Reforms: taxation and colonial trade. Projects about characters that believed in the own ideas, particularly if some of them dedicated all his life to the profession of planner at the Court. Whether these ideas were assumed and carried out by ministers and counselors or not, they were not utopian projects but chimerical ideas.
